IT Support Plan

The first of our IT Savings Accounts is the Bronze Support Plan, which allows you to select between 1 and 4 hours of support service every month. When you select an IT Savings Account, you get the benefit of a reduced hourly rate and if you do not use all of the time you purchase each month, the unused minutes roll into your IT Savings Account and are available for use in future months. No longer do you need to worry about paying for unutilized IT services.


The Bronze plan also includes the remote help-desk for daily needs, on-site service for unexpected failures, and on-call service for any weekend and holiday emergencies. With any of our hourly plans, you get the benefit of having a knowledgable and proficient IT support technician who can monitor your systems and watch for signs of impending system and network failure, and address those symptoms before failure occurs. This maximizes your staff's productivity, which in turn maximizes your bottom-line. Best of all, you know what your IT expenses are going to be, and can plan your budget accordingly. IT Savings Plan

The IT Savings Account Silver Plan allows your to select between 5 and 9 hours of IT support service every month. The silver plan gives you an even greater savings in your monthly IT costs and allows you to bank unused minutes each month. The Silver plan also includes the remote help-desk for daily needs, on-site service for unexpected failures, and on-call service for any weekend and holiday emergencies. With any of our hourly plans, you get the benefit of having a knowledgable and proficient IT support technician who can monitor your systems and watch for signs of impending system and network failure, and address those symptoms before failure occurs. This maximizes your staff's productivity, which in turn maximizes your bottom-line. Best of all, you know what your IT expenses are going to be, and can plan your budget accordingly. The ideal plan for mid-size to large practices that have extensive IT needs, but can't afford full-time IT staff.

IT Savings +Plus Plan

The IT Savings Gold Plan allows you to 10 or more hours of IT support service every month and just like our Bronze and Silver plans, the Gold plan offers our clients the greatest savings opportunity with all of the features listed above. The Gold plan also includes the remote help-desk for daily needs, on-site service for unexpected failures, and on-call service for any weekend and holiday emergencies. With any of our hourly plans, you get the benefit of having a knowledgable and proficient IT support technician who can monitor your systems and watch for signs of impending system and network failure, and address those symptoms before failure occurs. This maximizes your staff's productivity, which in turn maximizes your bottom-line. Best of all, you know what your IT expenses are going to be, and can plan your budget accordingly. This is our most affordable plan for large practices with expansive and demanding IT needs.
